Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using novasignal-ai.online or purchasing services from Nova Signal AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

We provide website design and development, managed hosting, AI chatbot solutions, SEO, e-marketing, and related digital services as described on our website and in individual proposals or plans.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Monthly plans are billed automatically in advance each month.
• Hosting, security, backups, and support begin immediately after signup; design work begins once initial content is received.
• Subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
• One-time build fees (e.g., the Growth plan) are due as invoiced before project start.
• Add-ons (chatbots, booking systems, integrations) are quoted and billed separately from base plans.

4. Project Timelines

Typical timelines are 2–3 weeks from receipt of required client content (branding, text, images). Delays in receiving content or feedback may extend timelines accordingly.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, branding assets, and content in a timely manner
• Ensure you have rights to all content you supply to us
• Provide feedback during review stages within reasonable timeframes

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to their website design and content. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Service Availability

We target high availability for hosted websites with daily backups and security monitoring, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure or events beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Signal AI's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
